Photograph of Messiah Rescue and Benevolent Home at 1175 Bailey Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania built in 1897 on property purchased in 1896. The old building on the property was remodeled and some additions were made. The new building was dedicated on November 13 and 14, 1897. The dedication sermon was preached by Jesse Engle from Kansas who was soon to become one of the first Brethren in Christ missionaries to Africa. |
